Shipping Policy

  • Products ordered before 2pm EST are normally shipped the same day.

  • Products ordered on Weekends & Holidays will be shipped the following day.

  • Our carrier is USPS. 

  • Delivery turnaround time is usually 3-5 Business Days, depending on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

We at THEPUREGENERATION.ORG go to great lengths to insure your order is pulled correctly, packed properly, shipped on time, and arrives in good condition. We will only accept returned products within 30 days of purchase. Any shipping fees incurred with delivery, including expenses with free shipping, will be deducted from the return credited amount.
